Membership at Cambridge Firefighters Federal Credit Union is open to Active and Retired members of the Cambridge, MA Fire Department and their spouses, children & grandchildren.

How To Join

Joining Cambridge Firefighters Federal Credit Union is easy! Simply stop by and complete a membership application with a minimum deposit of $5.00 and a photo id. This amount represents your “share” of ownership at Cambridge Firefighters Federal Credit Union. Once you establish membership by opening a Share Account, you are then able to take advantage of all of our products and services.

Our primary purpose is to satisfy the financial needs of our members. Unlike a bank, a credit union is “member-owned” and operated by all of the individuals that utilize our financial products and services. Therefore, all excess earnings are returned to our members in the form of:
